We collect your name, email address, and profile information provided at registration. Payment data is processed by Stripe and PayPal — we do not store card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

Member data is used to operate the platform, authenticate sessions, display directory listings, and deliver membership benefits. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage. No third-party tracking cookies are used on the platform.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your membership and up to 12 months after cancellation, after which it is deleted from our systems.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to council@westcanalliance.ca.
